In Redding, Kay performs regularly at--

On recorder, Kay often performs "solo" with professional background recordings (on iPod), including harpsichord, guitar, lute, piano, Celtic band, and orchestra.
In 2012, Kay was given a native American flute. Kay is adapting some music to play on this newest instrument.

OTHER INFORMATION: THYROID

 Kay has been dealing with after-effects of an MVA for over six years, since December 2005. The accident, a severe rear-end collision, occurred just nine months after launching "Recorder and Piano World." Kay experienced severe whiplash along with trauma to the left neck from the shoulder strap hitting the neck at the time of impact.
 
In October, 2010, Kay switched from Synthroid to ARMOUR THYROID, a natural  thyroid replacement hormone (from desiccated pig thyroid) that alleviated numerous thyroid-related issues. (For example, my speech, formerly slurred on the right side, is now closely equal on both sides.)
